About the role

CLARK is looking for a Digital Customer Advisor to manage outbound contact with existing clients. You will be responsible for reaching out to customers via telephone to invite them to personal consultation appointments with insurance experts. This role focuses on customer engagement and satisfaction rather than direct product sales.
