About the role

As a Project Developer at Borghese Real Estate, you will take the initiative in developing commercial real estate projects from the initial opportunity through to completion. You will be responsible for assessing locations, testing feasibility, and making key decisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Kansen signaleren en locaties beoordelen
• Haalbaarheid toetsen en plannen onderbouwen
• Aansturen van adviseurs en externe partijen
• Onderhandelen over aankoop en verhuur
• Projecten begeleiden van initiatief tot oplevering

Qualifications

• HBO- of WO-opleiding richting vastgoed of bouwkunde
