About the role

The Leadership Development Program is a foundational global initiative designed to develop talent for ION's growing operations. Analysts will spend the first three years of their career in three unique 12-month rotations gaining experience across the product lifecycle before transitioning to a specialized area of the business.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing business requirements and product solutioning.
• Architecture and designs using the latest principles and patterns in software engineering.
• Coding, testing, and continuous integration of solutions using the latest and upcoming technologies.
• Building innovative products and solutions that reduce business process complexity and increase organizational efficiency.
• Resolving complex technical and business issues and communicating effectively to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, STEM, Data Science, or Quantitative Finance
• 2:1 degree classification or above
