Senior Software Engineer - Data Search

About the role

Modash is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Data Search team and improve how brands discover creators across 400M+ profiles and billions of media files. You will own the full retrieval system, from data pipelines and embeddings to ranking and low-latency serving, while solving complex search problems. This role involves working across the full stack to turn ambiguous product requirements into reliable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve creator search retrieval, filtering, ranking, and relevance.
• Build systems to generate and utilize multimodal embeddings at scale.
• Evaluate and deploy search technologies and models into production.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of search features from design to measurement.
