• Planung und Einführung neuer Software & IT-Lösungen
• Standardlösungen via Schnittstellen verbinden
• Einrichtung, Installation und Konfiguration von Standard-Software
• Dokumentation & Konzeption von digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
• IT-Support: Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Problemen, Fehlerbehebung und Lösung von IT-Fragen
• IT-Systemadministration: Betreuung und Wartung von IT-Systemen
