About the role

The CEO will lead one or more HR tech and workforce management SaaS brands within the saas.group portfolio. This role involves owning the brand's P&L, strategy, growth, and culture while driving both short-term execution and long-term strategic direction. The position is designed for a product-led growth operator who can scale businesses while leveraging the resources and network of the broader group.

Responsibilities

• Own growth for a product-led SaaS business by sharpening the product and driving acquisition and activation.
• Drive operational excellence by building budgets, tracking KPIs, and optimizing ROI.
• Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team and create succession plans.
• Foster innovation by identifying disruptive trends and making data-driven bets.
• Champion a strong culture and set high performance standards.
• Manage additional brands within the portfolio as the business grows.
