About the role

The Ai & Process Automation Lead will act as a bridge between technological innovation and employees to drive the company's strategic transformation into an AI-first organization. This role involves identifying AI-driven process improvements, implementing LLM tools, and fostering a data-driven culture while ensuring all initiatives remain secure and compliant. You will report directly to the executive board and serve as a central advisor to all departments to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to identify and evaluate AI-driven optimization potential.
• Evaluate and implement the latest AI tools and LLMs across the company.
• Collaborate with the executive board to drive the strategic transformation toward an AI-first company.
• Act as a central advisor to all departments to identify tailored AI opportunities.
• Build scalable automation workflows and integrate internal systems.
• Design interactive training and workshops to empower colleagues in the secure use of AI tools.
• Establish clear guidelines and best practices for the responsible use of artificial intelligence.
