Solutions Engineer Level 1

About the role

Solutions Engineers at TransPerfect focus on product development, addressing client enhancement requests, and resolving production issues. The role requires AI literacy and the active use of AI tools to improve workflow speed, quality, and efficiency in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Trial Interactive Operations Escalations in collaboration with Client Service Representatives.
• Assist with data migration using pre-defined utilities and processes.
• Prepare and execute PDC and IQ test scripts.
• Build and execute QA scripts for migration and special projects.
• Write technical documentation for new processes and special projects.
• Execute database scripts for reporting system enhancements.
• Assist in production server maintenance and application deployments.
• Create custom eLearning videos for eTMF and SSU modules.
