Senior Product Manager - ARR & Subscriptions

About the role

The Senior Product Manager will build the subscription platform and customer experience for recurring revenue products. This role involves owning the customer journey from booking to activation and ensuring the platform supports rapid product launches across new markets. The position focuses on setting product strategy, improving conversion rates, and collaborating with engineering to shape the subscription foundation.

Responsibilities

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for booking and subscriptions.
• Improve conversion along the customer journey through discovery, customer insight and A/B tests.
• Enable fast and easy launches of new subscriptions, prices and promotions in new markets.
• Shape the foundation of the subscription platform in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Partner with Payments, Energy and CRM teams to integrate subscriptions across the customer lifecycle.
