About the role
Omnea is seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the backbone of the executive office. This role involves managing complex schedules, acting as a primary point of contact for key stakeholders, and providing strategic administrative support to help the leadership team scale the business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and possess the ability to manage conflicting priorities with discretion and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Act as a gatekeeper for executive time, filtering communications and prioritising tasks
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow-up tracking
- Assist with the preparation of board materials, investor updates, and briefing notes
- Handle all travel arrangements, including itineraries, flights, and accommodation
- Manage operational tasks such as expenses, invoices, and budget tracking
- Identify and implement systems and processes to improve overall executive productivity

Qualifications
