About the role

The Senior Artist Manager will lead a team and serve as the primary contact for internal talent. This role involves acquiring new partners, negotiating contracts, developing content concepts, and identifying new talent for various formats. The position focuses on fostering a forward-thinking approach to artist management and ensuring the well-being of represented talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team as the main point of contact for internal talent.
• Manage the acquisition of new cooperation partners, create offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• Conduct contract negotiations and price discussions with providers and service partners.
• Develop concepts and content formats in collaboration with talent and support their implementation.
• Coordinate between talent and partners, plan assignments, and ensure talent well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talent for existing and future formats and shows.
• Promote forward-looking work methods and create new opportunities for talent.

Qualifications
