Founder Associate Intern

About the role

Pelagon is a defence startup building a persistent sensing network to detect and classify maritime threats. As a Founder Associate Intern, you will play a key role in managing the company's administrative processes, logistics, and field operations. You will work directly with the founders to support business planning and ensure the smooth execution of data collection campaigns and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Run the company's admin including paperwork, supplier invoices, bills, expense receipts, contracts, and insurance.
• Build and maintain administrative processes to ensure organizational efficiency as the team grows.
• Manage the logistics of equipment including inventory, orders, packing, shipping, and transport to test sites.
• Run data collection campaigns at sea by preparing, deploying, and recovering hardware.
• Coordinate fairs and demos including stand material, shipping, permits, and on-site setup.
• Support the founders with business planning and monthly financial tracking.
