About the role

DeepDrive is seeking a motivated Working Student to join the People Team and contribute to strategic initiatives that support company growth and employee experience. You will take ownership of dedicated projects, ranging from Employer Branding to People Policies, and work on turning concepts into tangible outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to gain insights into People operations within a growing deep-tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a current People project and drive it from concept to implementation
• Research best practices, gather insights, and develop recommendations for your project area
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams and incorporate their perspectives
• Structure project plans, define next steps, and ensure sustainable implementation
• Support additional People projects depending on business needs and priorities

Qualifications
