Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

Talos is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to lead technical implementations and connectivity integrations for institutional clients and trading counterparties. This role manages the end-to-end onboarding of exchanges, liquidity providers, and institutional clients onto the Talos platform, ensuring seamless connectivity and successful deployment of trading infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding process for clients and trading counterparties, from kickoff through successful production deployment.
• Lead technical integrations involving APIs, FIX connectivity, and platform configuration.
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Engineering, and external stakeholders to deliver implementations on schedule.
• Manage onboarding timelines, track milestones, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Configure and validate client environments across Talos’ modular trading and portfolio systems.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and integration best practices.
