About the role

We are looking for a dedicated team member to act as the first point of contact for our pet owners via telephone. You will support our veterinary team by managing calls and appointment scheduling, allowing them to focus entirely on animal care. This role is fully remote as we do not operate a traditional reception desk.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls during business hours in a friendly and empathetic manner
• Respond reliably and promptly to voicemails and emails
• Coordinate appointment requests and forward specific inquiries to the team

• German (C2)
