About the role

We are looking for a dedicated team member to act as the first point of contact for our pet owners. You will provide professional and empathetic support over the phone, allowing our medical team to focus entirely on patient care. This role is fully remote and supports our veterinary practices in Neuruppin and Wittstock.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls during business hours in a friendly and empathetic manner
• Manage voicemail and email inquiries with reliable and timely follow-ups
• Coordinate appointment requests and forward specific inquiries to the medical team

Required skills

• German (C2)
• Communication
• Customer service
