About the role

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of technologies and processes in advanced semiconductor packaging. You will focus on managing external customer projects and internal development projects, working closely with process engineering, quality management, and sales teams to deliver technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and industrialize technology processes in advanced semiconductor packaging.
• Provide technical support and management for external customer projects with a focus on component manufacturing, System in Package, and chiplet technologies.
• Coordinate internal development projects including technical alignment, progress tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with process engineering, quality management, and sales to develop customer-specific solutions.
• Ensure quality standards and project goals are met through analysis and process evaluations.

Qualifications
