About the role
Tandem Health is a fast-scaling health-tech company focused on improving clinician workflows and patient care. As a Technical Project Manager, you will drive critical integration initiatives by bridging the gap between our platform and external healthcare systems in France and Europe. You will lead cross-functional efforts, translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans, and ensure robust system architecture alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
- Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
- Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
- Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture.
- Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
- Build and improve processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery.
- Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders by tracking progress and surfacing risks.

Qualifications
