About the role
Tandem Health is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive critical integration initiatives between our platform and external healthcare systems in France and Europe. You will bridge the gap between local teams and our central integrations team in Stockholm, translating complex technical requirements into actionable plans. This role requires a blend of technical fluency, project management expertise, and a product-focused mindset to ensure robust, scalable implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead integration work with external partners and healthcare systems, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
- Map external systems against our own platform and propose concrete integration designs to external partners.
- Act as the central point of coordination between engineering, partnerships, and external stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear priorities, plans, and deliverables.
- Work closely with engineers to understand APIs, data models, and system architecture.
- Identify bottlenecks, manage dependencies, and keep projects moving at high velocity.
- Build and improve processes, templates, and frameworks for integrations and technical delivery.
- Ensure strong visibility across stakeholders by tracking progress and surfacing risks.

Qualifications
