About the role

The Enablement/Training Manager will lead training initiatives to ensure users of Aveni Assist and Aveni Detect become confident, everyday power users. This role involves managing training schedules, delivering onboarding sessions, and nurturing user adoption across enterprise financial services clients. You will act as the engine room of the enablement team, driving engagement and maintaining educational content to support thousands of users.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver onboarding, refresher, and new feature training sessions for financial advisers and support teams.
  • Manage training schedules, agendas, and invitations to ensure clear pathways for attendance.
  • Nurture user adoption by identifying those needing extra support and embedding tools into daily workflows.
  • Maintain a scalable onboarding path for new starters across client firms.
  • Author and update user guides, video walkthroughs, and LMS courses.
  • Monitor attendance, completion rates, and adoption metrics to share insights with internal teams.
