Senior Manager MES / Manufacturing Transformation

About the role

The Senior Manager for MES and Manufacturing Transformation will take end-to-end ownership of international programs, managing setup, governance, solution design, and implementation. This role involves coordinating across business functions, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of complex multi-site manufacturing projects. The position requires driving decision-making and stakeholder management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Manage international MES and Manufacturing Transformation programs including scope, roadmap, budget, and risk control.
• Coordinate between business functions, IT, Quality, sites, vendors, and system integrators.
• Oversee functional workstreams covering process optimization, solution design, system integration, and data migration.
• Drive decision-making and manage escalations during rollout, readiness, and go-live phases.
• Represent the program to management and steering committees.
