About the role

The Verzuimcoördinator will take charge of the full absence and reintegration process within the Dutch organization. This role involves advising managers, supporting employees, and improving processes to enhance sustainable employability. You will act as an expert on absence, prevention, and legislation while working closely with occupational physicians and HR colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and guide absence trajectories from start to finish.
• Support managers with complex cases and monitor legal obligations.
• Collaborate with occupational physicians, case managers, and HR colleagues.
• Analyze absence data to identify trends and provide improvement initiatives.
• Professionalize absence processes, reporting, and working methods.
