Legal Counsel

About the role

As Legal Counsel, you will support the company with a primary focus on day-to-day commercial matters and a wide range of legal issues. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of legal tasks while working within a supportive team environment. You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements and provide solution-focused advice across various business units.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements
• Giving clear, solution-focused advice to colleagues across the business on their day-to-day legal questions
• Getting to grips with new and evolving areas of law, and with the diverse needs of our distinct business units
• Stretching beyond current experience into areas such as M&A, governance and company law, incentives, employment law, new product and service launches, and expansion into new jurisdictions
