Logistics Manager - Retail & D2C

About the role

The Logistics Manager will oversee retail and D2C logistics operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory flow. This hands-on role involves managing 3PL partnerships, monitoring performance KPIs, and coordinating across internal teams to support the company's omnichannel growth. The position focuses on maintaining operational stability and driving process improvements to scale logistics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end responsibility for ensuring retail orders are complete and ready for shipment on time.
• Own Retail OTIF performance and proactively steer against deviations with fulfillment partners and retail customers.
• Coordinate display assembly, capacity planning, timelines, and escalations.
• Support reliable D2C order fulfillment, inventory flow, replenishment, and delivery performance.
• Act as an operational contact for fulfillment partners and ensure SLA adherence.
• Track logistics KPIs and turn them into actionable insights to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a communication bridge between Logistics, Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
