An AI-enabled legal services firm is seeking a Senior Partner to help build its German practice. You will bring a strong, portable client portfolio, continue advising clients, and help move suitable recurring legal work into AI-supported workflows.

Responsibilities

• Help shape the firm's growth and contribute to its next stage of development.
• Continue serving your clients while transitioning suitable matters to the firm's legal technology platform.
• Build market credibility and develop relationships through your professional network.
• Identify opportunities to expand commercial and compliance services across your client base.
• Work with the founding team to automate recurring legal work using AI agents and related tools.
