About the role

The Auftragskoordinator Produktionsplanung is responsible for creating and managing cross-site production and rough planning while considering capacities and deadlines. This role involves checking customer orders for feasibility, managing ERP system inputs, and monitoring manufacturing resources and production processes to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage cross-site production and rough planning based on capacities and deadlines
• Check customer orders for feasibility and manage ERP system inputs
• Monitor manufacturing resources and production workflows
• Optimize inventory, disposition parameters, and stocking concepts for internal and external components
• Coordinate demand dates, change processes, and complaints in collaboration with manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and work preparation
• Analyze capacity risks, create forecasts, and support continuous improvement of planning and control processes
