GenAI Engineer

About the role

Trusted Shops is seeking a GenAI Engineer to join their AI Solutions Team to develop intelligent, production-ready systems. The role focuses on building autonomous AI agents, implementing advanced RAG and multi-agent workflows, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of scalable AI services that drive products, services, and internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Build production-ready GenAI systems including training, fine-tuning, and deploying models for business-critical use cases.
• Develop autonomous AI agents that make informed decisions and interact with users and systems using modular logic.
• Implement advanced RAG and multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangGraph or AgentCore.
• Create scalable AI services by packaging models into reusable APIs and serverless architectures.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce for workflow automation.
• Ensure reliability, explainability, and compliance of AI solutions while leveraging cloud-native architectures.
