Principal Salesforce Engineer

About the role

As a Consultant Principal Salesforce Engineer, you will work on discovery with Salesforce teams to identify challenges within the existing Salesforce Org and SDLC. You will help shape the technical roadmap, advise on integration patterns, and implement opportunities to utilize Agentic AI and Agentforce. The role involves examining large architectural challenges and advising on iterative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work on discovery with Salesforce teams at Funding Circle to identify challenges within the existing Salesforce Org and SDLC
• Develop an understanding of the technical roadmap for Salesforce and help to shape it
• Advise on existing Salesforce integration patterns and Salesforce SDLC, providing suggestions of how they could be improved
• Identify and implement opportunities to invest in Agentic AI and utilise Agentforce to deliver transformational change
• Examine some of the larger architectural challenges and advise on approaches to solve them iteratively
