About the role

Senior Managers at CFGI lead complex treasury and commodity advisory engagements for FTSE 100, mid-cap, and high-growth organisations. You will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Group Treasurers, owning end-to-end delivery of treasury transformation, liquidity, and financial risk management projects. This role involves managing senior client relationships, driving strategic outcomes, and mentoring internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs and Treasurers on treasury strategy, transformation, and risk management.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of treasury transformation programmes, including operating model design, process optimisation, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead initiatives across cash management, liquidity optimisation, and forecasting transformation.
  • Advise on and lead financial and commodity risk management engagements, including hedging strategies, trading frameworks, and controls.
  • Oversee implementation of treasury technology, payments infrastructure, and bank connectivity solutions.
  • Drive advisory on working capital optimisation, including cash conversion cycle improvement, receivables/payables strategies, inventory funding, and in-house banking structures.
  • Lead treasury workstreams in strategic transactions such as M&A, carve-outs, IPO readiness, and integrations.
  • Manage and mentor Managers and Consultants, ensuring high-performing teams and quality delivery outcomes.
