Chargé·e de mission IA - AI Academy & adoption

About the role

You will lead the AI Academy program to empower teams across Scality to build, share, and scale their own AI tools safely and efficiently. This role involves managing cohorts, maintaining an inventory of internal AI tools, and facilitating collaboration between engineering, security, and leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring that internal AI initiatives are fast, secure, and reusable across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Run the AI Academy through cohorts and hands-on missions
• Onboard new builders by managing accounts, access, and initial tool setup
• Facilitate communication between teams to identify needs and existing solutions
• Maintain an inventory of internal AI tools and follow up on development gaps
• Build skills and tools using AI technologies
• Prepare and follow up on strategic decisions with engineering, security, and leadership
• Maintain team engagement through builder sessions, showcases, and updates

Qualifications

• Recent graduate of a French grande école
• Student in final year of a grande école
• Business school degree
• Business–engineering double degree
