Account Operations & Farming Specialist

About the role

This role sits at the intersection of IT operations, account infrastructure, and media buying support. You will take ownership of account access, lifecycle management, and operational processes while building and developing Meta account farming infrastructure. The position involves identifying account-quality issues, analyzing losses, and improving processes through automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee access, including account provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage user accounts, services, internal tools, subscriptions, and operational resources.
• Provide IT Operations support to Media Buying teams to ensure they have the necessary infrastructure.
• Build, manage, and continuously improve Meta account farming and infrastructure processes.
• Manage suppliers and account resources, including proxies, email, phone numbers, 2FA, and browser profiles.
• Handle account checkpoints, verification, recovery, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor account quality and analyze causes of account losses or blocks.
• Identify inefficient processes and define requirements for automation.
