AI ERP Implementations Lead

About the role

DualEntry is seeking an AI ERP Implementations Lead to own end-to-end ERP implementations and manage long-term customer relationships. You will deliver high-quality onboarding and go-live execution while collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap. This role involves establishing implementation methodologies and challenging existing standards to improve finance team efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships
• Deliver best-in-class onboarding and go-live execution
• Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback
• Establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards
• Challenge the status quo of what world-class ERP implementations look like

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory
