About the role
The Director of Sales, Europe will lead the regional sales organization and drive the Go-To-Market strategy across national security, defense, and government sectors. This role involves building and mentoring a high-performing team, managing regional revenue targets, and fostering executive alignment to ensure forecast predictability. The successful candidate will leverage deep defense domain expertise to position the company as a trusted capability provider for mission-critical operations.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic revenue growth by executing a result-oriented Go-To-Market strategy for defense and government sectors.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.com and deliver accurate, data-driven revenue forecasts.
- Engineer capture strategies and executive narratives that align with agency-level priorities.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team with a focus on accountability and professional development.
- Train direct reports on sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Shipley.
- Recruit and retain elite commercial and defense-domain talent.
- Orchestrate collaboration across internal matrix teams including Government Affairs, Product, and Engineering.
- Partner with Pre-Sales and Solutions Engineering to secure technical wins and ensure long-term customer expansion.
