About the role

The Production Manager for the Finishing sector is responsible for ensuring the final quality, security, and traceability of products. This role involves managing operational performance, organizing service activities, and ensuring safety and productivity goals are met. The manager will lead a team of approximately 90 employees and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee product quality at the output of security and cutting machines.
• Ensure traceability of operations and compliance with security requirements.
• Lead progress initiatives and manage technical and quality troubleshooting.
• Manage, develop, and support teams in a demanding environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators and deploy improvement actions.
• Participate in process optimization in collaboration with support services.
