About the role

The AI Innovation Engineer drives the next generation of security awareness and human risk products. This role involves identifying market innovations, validating ideas through rapid prototyping and structured experiments, and managing innovation projects directly with enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify innovations by monitoring the cyber market, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Validate innovations by building working prototypes and delivering insights on feasibility and cost.
• Run innovation projects with enterprise customers to translate needs into testable solutions.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients during joint innovation projects.
