Senior Data Scientist

About the role

Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their London team to drive high-quality decision-making across their three-sided marketplace. You will work across product, operations, and platform teams to solve complex problems and improve data literacy. This role involves identifying and delivering impactful work while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently identify, define, and deliver impactful work that aligns with business goals and metrics.
• Deconstruct broad, ambiguous problem spaces into structured technical roadmaps.
• Select the most effective tools or methods for strategic technical execution.
• Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders using analytics and domain expertise to influence roadmaps.
• Design and lead measurement strategies, including A/B tests and causal inference techniques.
• Contribute to the broader Analytics community through L+D initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
