Senior Professional Services Engineer - OX App Suite

About the role

The Senior Professional Services Engineer will own the technical relationship with a major hosting customer, acting as an escalation point for complex issues and translating operational needs into product improvements. This role involves hands-on work with the OX App Suite 8 stack, including troubleshooting, configuration, and documentation, while maintaining close collaboration with internal development teams. The position requires a balance of deep technical expertise in Linux and Kubernetes with strong communication skills to manage customer expectations and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reference labs and configurations to support customer environments.
• Analyze and resolve technical escalations across the OX App Suite 8 stack.
• Translate customer feature requests and operational requirements into clear input for internal product teams.
• Support customers through system upgrades, configuration changes, and new feature rollouts.
• Document solutions, workarounds, and deployment specifics for both internal and customer use.
• Participate in regular customer calls and occasional on-site visits to maintain strong technical relationships.
