Customer Success Manager II

About the role

The Scale Customer Success Manager works closely with top customers to understand their unique challenges and advise on how to customize the Samsara platform to meet their needs. This cross-functional role involves partnering with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure customers achieve business value and long-term success. You will act as a long-term partner to customers, helping them improve the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their physical operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform.
• Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining objectives, metrics, and timelines.
• Orchestrate executive business reviews with customer decision-makers and executive leadership.
• Conduct workshops with customers to understand operations and recommend workflow changes.
• Explain platform capabilities to businesses across various industries including field services, utilities, and transportation.
• Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization.
