About the role

The role involves providing ongoing accounting support for multiple companies within the fund and real estate sector, including complex corporate structures. You will be responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB standards and ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting. The position requires acting as a key contact for auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve complex accounting issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing accounting for fund and real estate companies including GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG structures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB.
• Ensure timely preparation of internal and external reports and analyses.
• Create earnings forecasts, projections, and plan-vs-actual analyses.
• Coordinate with auditors, business partners, and internal teams on accounting matters.
