Director of Launch Operations

About the role

Luxury Presence is seeking a Director of Launch Operations to design and own the operating model for client onboarding, launch, and activation as the company scales from $100M to $300M in ARR. This role sits at the intersection of operations and product, requiring the leader to manage the Launchpad platform, integrate AI-native workflows, and drive performance improvements across the organization. The successful candidate will lead a team of senior operators and bridge the gap between technical engineering teams and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model behind onboarding, launch, and activation across the full product set.
• Manage the Launchpad platform as a product, including vision, roadmap, and prioritization.
• Direct dedicated engineering and Salesforce development resources to build AI-native operational capabilities.
• Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure speed, consistency, and quality in client activation.
• Lead a team of senior operators to execute on the operational roadmap and process design.
