The Venture Lead will act as a seasoned architect of growth, owning the journey from initial insight to global scale for new products. This role involves building the machine that launches high-impact ventures, setting the strategic foundation for market expansions and new business lines.

Responsibilities

• Incubate and launch ventures by transforming validated opportunities into market pilots.
• Establish venture operating models, including governance, funding, and decision frameworks.
• Forge strategic partnerships by negotiating and integrating flagship advertiser partnerships.
• Scale high-performance teams by hiring and mentoring key leaders.
• Drive P&L and playbook excellence by running recurring data reviews and codifying high-leverage processes.
