About the role

Westbridge Gruppe is seeking an Associate Director Sustainability Sales to drive the acquisition and development of clients for sustainability solutions within the real estate sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing complex sales processes, and positioning the company as a leader in energy and sustainability consulting. You will work closely with internal experts to develop tailored solutions for clients and contribute to the company's growth and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the strategic acquisition and development of clients for sustainability solutions in the real estate industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and leverage existing networks to engage key decision-makers.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
• Analyze client challenges and develop individual solution approaches in collaboration with sustainability experts.
• Manage complex sales processes from initial contact through presentation and proposal to contract negotiation and closing.
• Develop existing client relationships and manage the sales pipeline to meet growth and revenue goals.

Qualifications
