About the role

Brand Upgrade GmbH is a digital agency specializing in the food and beverage sector, creating integrated campaigns across social media, content, and performance marketing. The Teamlead Digital / Social Media will manage the digital team, oversee strategic client consulting, and drive the development of social media campaigns. This role involves balancing leadership responsibilities with hands-on project management and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Fachliche und organisatorische Führung unseres Digital-Teams inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung
• Strategische Beratung unserer Kunden sowie Entwicklung von Social-Media-Strategien, Content-Konzepten und Kampagnen
• Konzeption und Steuerung von organischen und bezahlten Social-Media-Kampagnen
• Steuerung unserer Social-Media-Projekte und digitalen Etats mit Verantwortung für Qualität, Timings und Budgets
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei wichtigen Projekten, Präsentationen und Pitches
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Content, Performance Marketing, Kreation und Geschäftsführung
• Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse, Leistungen und Qualitätsstandards im Digital-Bereich
• Beobachtung von Plattformen, Trends und neuen Formaten zur Übersetzung in Kundenideen

Qualifications
