About the role
You will own the practical application of AI and automation across HR at STARK to reduce administrative work and improve data quality. Your goal is to identify opportunities, build and deploy solutions, and measure their impact across recruiting, people operations, and workforce planning. You will collaborate with HR leadership, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance to ensure solutions are reliable for a defence technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the HR AI and automation roadmap and prioritise projects by business value and implementation effort.
- Build and maintain workflows for recruiting handovers, onboarding, employee changes, and reporting.
- Develop an HR knowledge assistant using approved policies and guidance.
- Connect HR systems and collaboration tools through approved integrations.
- Improve data consistency and workforce reporting with reliable headcount and hiring data.
- Evaluate tools and vendors with IT, Security, and Legal while defining access controls and data handling.
- Test output quality, permissions, and failure scenarios to ensure system dependability.
- Train HR colleagues and managers while reporting on results like time saved and error rates.
