• Reception, greeting, and support of tenants, guests, employees, and clients
• Answering and forwarding incoming telephone calls
• Coordinating communication between owners, tenants, guests, and service providers
• Ensuring and monitoring high quality standards at reception desks
• Providing flexible support to various reception teams
