Test Architect / Test Manager

About the role

Itility is looking for an experienced Test Architect to help organizations manage risks and improve quality within complex IT landscapes. You will develop test strategies, implement automation, and integrate GenAI into testing processes across sectors like semicon, energy, and manufacturing. The role involves bridging the gap between strategic planning and hands-on execution to ensure release readiness and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote test strategies and quality engineering principles.
• Create support among stakeholders, development teams, and management.
• Identify quality risks and translate them into concrete improvement actions.
• Advise on the deployment of test automation, including Playwright, CI/CD, and GenAI.
• Assess and challenge test solutions, automation approaches, and quality measures.
• Guide automation initiatives and support teams in improving their test practices.

Qualifications
