Project Lead DXP

About the role

TOWA is looking for a Project Lead to manage large-scale DXP projects from kick-off to go-live. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, managing budgets, resources, and project scope while leading interdisciplinary teams of developers, UX designers, and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead large DXP projects independently from kick-off to go-live
• Manage project budget, resources, and scope to ensure profitability
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients at management and specialist levels
• Provide active consulting and serve as a trusted advisor for project requirements
• Identify risks early and drive solutions to prevent escalations
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams across development, UX, and consulting
• Contribute to and challenge architectural decisions within the Composable DXP environment
• Develop and refine delivery standards in collaboration with the PM team
