About the role

Pammys is seeking a Senior Funnel Specialist to take full responsibility for the textual content of the customer journey from initial advertisement to purchase. The role focuses on performance-driven copywriting that leverages psychology to build trust and authority, scaling the brand's reach and conversion rates. You will develop new content formats such as advertorials and listicles while maintaining the brand voice across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Write advertisements, product descriptions, and website copy across the entire customer journey
• Develop new content funnel formats including advertorials, listicles, and native ads
• Build authority and trust through social proof and relatable storytelling
• Implement trust elements on the website to reduce purchase barriers
• Analyze target audience needs to create persuasive, performance-oriented copy
