Founding Deployment Strategist

About the role

The Founding Deployment Strategist will own the rollout and adoption of AI systems, ensuring that automations are effectively integrated into claims teams. This role acts as a bridge between engineering and non-technical users, translating technical capabilities into actionable workflows and measuring the success of deployments. The strategist will define training needs, manage workflow changes, and gather feedback to ensure automations are trusted and utilized as designed.

Responsibilities

• Define how new automations are introduced to claims teams including training and workflow adjustments.
• Act as a bridge between engineering and non-technical teams to translate requirements and technical capabilities.
• Develop and execute deployment plans that ensure automations are adopted and used effectively.
• Track usage metrics and gather feedback to identify and resolve issues with deployed automations.
• Influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
