Engineering Lead

About the role

Attio is seeking an Engineering Lead to join their team and help build the next generation of CRM software. This hands-on role combines individual technical contribution with the leadership of a small, focused team of engineers. You will be responsible for designing architecture, delivering features, and recruiting top-tier talent to support the company's rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the stack using high-calibre technical expertise in Backend or Frontend technologies to deliver features end-to-end.
• Recruit and develop a top-class team of engineers that own a critical area of the product.
• Design and evolve technical architecture to support rapidly increasing scale.
• Lead projects and make product decisions based on interactions with customers.
• Represent the company's Product and Engineering values both internally and externally.
